Terms & Conditions
1. Streak Requirements: Orders must be placed on 10 consecutive working days. Missing a day resets the entire streak.
2. Minimum Order: No minimum order value required.
3. Order Completion: All orders must be successfully delivered and paid for. Cancelled, refunded, or disputed orders do not count.
4. Free Order Limitations: The 11th free order must be a rice and curry menu order (Chicken, fish, egg, or vegetable only).
5. Redemption Window: The free order credit must be used within 7 days of completing the 10 day streak.
6. Geographic Availability: Challenge is available in all Eazy Meal service areas where delivery is offered.
7. Account Requirements: Customer account must be in good standing throughout the challenge period.
8. Challenge Reset: If a day is missed, the challenge resets to day 0. Previous progress does not carry over.
9. Multiple Challenges: Customers can participate in multiple 10 day challenges, but only one can be active at a time.
10. Payment Methods: All available payment methods are accepted. Failed payments reset the streak.
11. System Tracking: Progress is automatically tracked in the Eazy Meal app. Manual adjustments are not permitted.
12. Fraud Prevention: Eazy Meal reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and disqualify accounts suspected of fraud.
13. Program Modifications: Eazy Meal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this challenge at any time with 48-hour notice.
